The 1 Trend We've Spotted on (Almost) Every Runway at Australian Fashion Week
If you've been contemplating whether or not to invest in the puff sleeve trend, we can promise you, it's a purchase you won't regret.
We spotted the look on various runways during the Spring 2019 Fashion Week circuit (iterations by Rodarte and Mara Hoffman spring to mind), but this week at MBFWA, the trend has dominated. Hansen & Gretel, Alice McCall, Lee Mathews, We Are Kindred and Aje are just some of the designers who sent oversize, puffy sleeves down the runway - all putting their own unique spin on the silhouette.
We must admit, big sleeves aren't the easiest trend to pull off, but paired back with simple pieces like denim or sneakers, the '80s-style silhouette feels much more approachable.
