It's Great That This Berry Smoothie is Low-Carb, but More Importantly, It Tastes Like Dessert!

Want a quick breakfast that's low in carbs and high in protein, but so sick of eggs? Make this simple five-ingredient smoothie (six if you count the ice cubes), and you'll be sipping on a satisfying, fruity milkshake.

This blueberry-raspberry vanilla protein smoothie has just 17 grams of carbs and offers 6.7 grams of fibre. It's refreshing, filling, and delicious, and for just 287 calories, it's the perfect way to satisfy a sweet tooth but for only six grams of sugar.
