Low-Carb Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie Recipe

This High-Protein Sweet and Creamy Peanut Butter Smoothie Has Just 16.5 Grams of Carbs

If you're not shy about dipping your spoon straight into the peanut butter jar, you need to make this simple five-ingredient peanut butter smoothie. It's high in protein — offering 30 grams — but low in carbs with just 16.5 grams.

Made with unsweetened dairy-free milk, unsweetened peanut butter powder (we love Crazy Richard's made with only peanuts), natural peanut butter, vanilla plant-based protein powder, and ice, this smoothie tastes super sweet but only has 4.5 grams of sugar.
