Made with unsweetened dairy-free milk, unsweetened peanut butter powder (we love Crazy Richard's made with only peanuts), natural peanut butter, vanilla plant-based protein powder, and ice, this smoothie tastes super sweet but only has 4.5 grams of sugar.

Low-Carb Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cups unsweetened dairy-free milk (I used Ripple)
    2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter powder
    1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter
    1/2 serving vanilla plant-based protein powder (I used Plant Fusion Complete Protein)
    4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Mix everything in a blender until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
