If you're after a low-impact workout that will made your body work double time, this is it. I chose to target my legs first, and after a few weeks of regular exercise, they're stronger, my calves more defined and thighs tighter. Granted, some of the more complex moves can take a while to pick up, but before long, I could complete a session without having to pause. And a five, six, seven, eight . . .
