"Usually around 12 p.m. I eat lunch, so that's about four hours after my brekkie. I'm lucky that part of what I do is promote for some of Melbourne's best cafes, so usually my lunch is out and about. I will either answer some emails on my laptop at lunch, or catch up with a mate. My go-to order is smashed avo on gluten-free bread with poached eggs, chilli and a side of spinach."
