Try Intermittent Fasting

It's when you have a specific eating window and a specific fasting window. One common protocol is to eat from noon until 8 p.m. every day. Not eating all day takes a few weeks to get used to, but you'll find you naturally eat fewer calories, which helps you lose weight without giving up your favourite foods.
